ELIZABETH KAY
Aged 99 years
Elizabeth was a great n kind woman.
My Great Grandma.
I never remember anything of her when i was younger but the days i had with her were worth every minute.
She was a resident in several nursing homes towards the end and made the staff and other residents giggle with her singing haha.
Her favourite was \\\"My old man said follow the van\\\", and \\\"Its a long way to tipperary\\\".
Grandma sung these songs at full and didnt let anything stand in her way.
A very Holy lady, a member of the Our ladys church in Shaw Heath.
Miss you grandma xxxxx
RIP XXX
Grandma always said she wasnt going anywhere till she got her telegram from the queen!! When she got to 98 she said i dont want a telegram now I want money!!! haha.
Anyway Grandma was confused towards the end and i think she honestly thought she had made it to 100. She passed away a couple of days after her 99th birthday.
Singin ur song
Its a long way to tipperary, Its a long way to go. Its a long way to tipperary, To the sweetest girl i Know..
